Junior Associate
About this role
The Junior Associate role supports advisory, strategy and operational improvement work for clients across several sectors. It involves research, data analysis, documentation, stakeholder coordination and project support, working with senior team members to deliver client engagements, develop reports and proposals, and assist with implementation activities. What you would do
- Assist in planning and executing consulting projects from start to finish.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops and strategy sessions and document discussions and action points.
- Prepare meeting minutes, follow-up trackers and engagement summaries.
- Support stakeholder communication and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
- Conduct industry, market and competitor research to inform recommendations.
- Gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Develop structured analytical outputs such as dashboards and performance summaries.
- Provide financial and operational analysis as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals and other client-facing documents under supervision.
- Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables to keep engagements on schedule.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Management or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, project management or corporate roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into structured insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, structured communication, time management and task prioritisation.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
