Junior Accountant

What you would do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure payments are properly authorised and aligned with budgets.
• Record financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Maintain documentation and filing for financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of payable accounts.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and support timely payments.
• Generate and issue invoices for services and other revenue streams.
