• Lead and develop a dedicated team across multiple workshops (50–300 employees)
• Oversee maintenance, repair and inspection of plant, construction and support equipment

• Coordinate with customers, field service and team to deliver quick and accurate solutions
• Ensure high safety standards and maintain machine quality
• Manage workshop operations to meet technical standards and quality requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering (Master’s in Engineering or Industrial Management a plus)
• 5–10 years in heavy equipment, plant or vehicle maintenance (incl preventive and corrective work)
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to manage technical, operational and financial responsibilities in complex fleet or construction environments
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
