What you would do

• Arrange replacements for absent or departing staff to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Supervise janitors and conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are met.
• Monitor cleaning materials, consumables and equipment; ensure timely requisition and availability at sites.
• Maintain communication with clients and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure janitors comply with company policies, client requirements, safety procedures and confidentiality.
• Maintain records of recruitment, deployment, attendance, inspections and performance.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports on staffing, site conditions and supplies.
