What you would do

• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing and deployment of janitors to client sites.
• Onboard and train janitors and monitor performance and attendance.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and track attendance, punctuality, absenteeism and performance.
• Maintain records of recruitment, deployment, attendance, inspections and performance.
• Identify staffing needs and recommend suitable janitors for employment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and safety procedures.
• Maintain communication with clients and resolve service issues promptly.
• Report misconduct, operational challenges and service delivery concerns to management.
• Monitor supplies, materials and equipment and ensure timely requisition for sites.
• Supervise janitors and conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning and hygiene standards, arranging replacements as needed.
