IT Systems & Digital Infrastructure Officer
About this role
An IT Systems and Digital Infrastructure Officer responsible for administering Geoplex’s Microsoft 365 environment, managing IT assets and security, and supporting data integrity and reporting across business systems including PEMS. The role targets candidates with Microsoft 365 and cloud/IT security certifications.
What you would do
- Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services (users, licences, groups, access)
- Support Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune and related services
- Implement and monitor multi-factor authentication and device compliance
- Manage onboarding, role changes and offboarding with prompt access provisioning and revocation
- Maintain records of IT assets (laptops, desktops, mobiles, software licences) and coordinate procurement and lifecycle
- Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, email, connectivity, printing and user-access issues
What they are asking for
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent
- Microsoft certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, or Security Operations Analyst Associate
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+, Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT service/cybersecurity certification
- Experience in IT asset management, security controls, and user support
- Experience with data reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, MS Lists) and incident response
- Experience coordinating vendors and service providers and maintaining auditable administration records
