IT Support Technician
About this role
The IT Support Technician role is based in Lagos for Charterhouse Lagos, a Lagos-based school. It involves providing day-to-day technical support for staff and students and managing IT assets across hardware, software and classroom technology.
What you would do
- Provide day-to-day technical support for staff and students, covering hardware, software, devices and classroom technology.
- Manage IT assets, including allocation, tracking, maintenance, repair, reassignment and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.
- Assist with installation and configuration of classroom technology and devices.
- Collaborate with the IT Support Supervisor and IT team to resolve issues.

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Relevant internship or practical experience may be considered.
