IT Support Supervisor
About this role
IT Support Supervisor role at Charterhouse Lagos, based in Lagos. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT support function across cloud and systems, IT infrastructure and networking, including the helpdesk and handling escalated issues, with deputising duties for the Senior IT Support Officer when required.
What you would do
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day IT support operations across cloud, systems, infrastructure and networking
- Manage the helpdesk, prioritise and allocate support requests
- Handle escalated technical issues and provide troubleshooting support
- Support the wider IT team and deputise for the Senior IT Support Officer when required
- Manage external IT vendors and service providers
- Collaborate with the IT team to achieve school IT objectives

- Degree in information technology, computer science or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in IT operations, infrastructure or systems administration
- Experience managing external IT vendors and service providers in a school, enterprise or multi-site environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ certification
- Cisco CCNA certification
- Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, AZ-104 or SC-200)
