Bravies Homz Limited in Abuja is looking for an IT Support Officer specialising in AI and graphic design. The role supports IT systems, uses AI tools to boost productivity, and creates branding and marketing graphics. The candidate should have strong IT troubleshooting skills, AI tool knowledge, and practical graphic design experience. The position is full-time and reports to the IT Manager or management. What you would do

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and office equipment
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, internet, email, and system problems
• Manage software installations, updates, and basic maintenance
• Assist with data backup, file management, and information security
• Maintain IT equipment records and ensure proper use of technology
• Support employees in using office applications and digital tools
• Escalate complex issues to external service providers when needed
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and automate routine tasks
• Create graphics for branding, marketing materials, and social media

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or related qualification in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design or related field
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in IT support, graphic design, or digital operations
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools for work tasks
• Portfolio of previous graphic design projects is an advantage
• Experience supporting employees and troubleshooting technical issues
