IT Support Officer

About this role

An IT Support Officer role based in Lagos for candidates with IT support or helpdesk experience, handling day-to-day IT operations and technical support across the group’s locations.

What you would do

• Maintain IT asset records and assist with user onboarding and deployments
• Install and maintain IT equipment and peripherals
• Manage IT tickets and resolve incidents within SLA
• Support LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric and other IT systems
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, Microsoft 365, applications and network issues

• 2–4 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• OND/HND/BSc/BTech in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and IT ticketing systems
