IT Support Officer
About this role
An IT Support Officer who will provide technical support and oversee day-to-day IT operations across Mohinani Group locations. The role suits individuals with hands-on IT experience looking to support users and maintain IT systems in a multi-site organisation.
What you would do
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, Microsoft 365, applications and network issues
- Manage IT tickets and resolve incidents within SLA
- Install and maintain IT equipment and peripherals
- Support LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric and other IT-enabled systems
- Maintain IT asset records and assist with user onboarding and deployments
- Maintain documentation and assist with IT-related projects as needed
What they are asking for
- OND/HND/BSc/BTech in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and IT ticketing systems
- Experience with IT asset management and onboarding processes
- Ability to work across multiple locations and coordinate with teams
