IT Support Officer
About this role
Based in Lagos, the IT Support Officer role at inq involves proactive monitoring of IT infrastructure and delivering desktop and network support, patch management and printer services. It also covers rapid provisioning of systems and other IT infrastructure tasks as directed by the IT Manager for internal users across the company.
What you would do
- Provide helpdesk support to all users
- Install and configure desktops and laptops
- Ensure regular data backups across all INQ offices and coordinate with office IT contacts
- Support Windows operating systems and server applications, including RAID configurations
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wireless issues and maintain network printers
- Install or modify networked hardware and software while maintaining firewall security

- BSc or HND in Computer Science or Engineering
- MCSE, MCP, CCNA or CCNP certification
- Experience in helpdesk services
