About this role

What you would do
- Provide first-level IT support to employees and help resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot basic issues with computers, printers, peripherals and other IT equipment.
- Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of computers and software applications.
- Support user account setup, access management and basic system administration.
- Aid network and connectivity troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and LAN issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment and support requests.
