What you would do
- Guide clients to resolve technical issues via phone, email or chat
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware problems
- Monitor and triage logged tickets to identify potential issues
- Work with Kyocera and HP printing machines (hardware and software)
- Configure and manage Active Directory and computer systems
- Assist with network installation from Layer 1 to Layer 3 and prepare technical reports for the team supervisor
