IT Service Delivery Specialist

About this role

Dangote Cement Plc in Lagos seeks a proactive IT Service Management Specialist to coordinate IT asset management, procurement processes, and vendor performance across its operations. The role aims to ensure timely closure of IT projects and service requests with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

What you would do

• Coordinate IT asset requests from business units and plant locations.
• Raise and monitor IT hardware, software and services Purchase Requisitions in SAP.
• Track procurement activities through PR, PO and GRN to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to deploy assets and provide support.
• Maintain tracking of asset requests and provide regular status updates.
• Support asset audits and CMDB/asset register accuracy.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Service Management, IT Asset Management or related IT operations.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and field service resources (preferred).
• ITIL Foundation Certification (advantageous).
• Working knowledge of SAP procurement processes (PR/PO/GRN) and familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
