IT Sales Executive
About this role
IT Sales Executive role in a Lagos cybersecurity company. The position is for individuals with sales experience, a basic grasp of IT concepts, and an interest in cybersecurity and technology solutions, to identify opportunities and close deals with clients.
What you would do
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT and cybersecurity products and services
- Understand clients' business needs and technology requirements
- Attend meetings, presentations, product demos, and business development activities
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and client-facing materials
- Research prospective clients and decision-makers; manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in IT or tech industries
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and commercially aware
- Strong presentation, negotiation, prospecting and relationship-management skills
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and technology solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage with decision-makers
