IT Officer / IT Support Specialist

Bravies Homz Limited in Abuja is seeking an IT Officer / IT Support Specialist. What you would do
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners and other IT equipment
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network and system issues
- Diagnose and resolve IT problems to minimise business disruption
- Install and update software, operating systems and security applications
- Monitor network performance and assist with internet connectivity
- Implement and maintain data backup procedures per policy
- Support cybersecurity measures including access controls and antivirus
- Create and manage user accounts and access permissions
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and accurate records of incidents and repairs
- Support video conferencing and digital communication systems and assist with IT procurement and upgrades
What they are asking for
- Minimum OND or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience preferred
- Practical knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup and access management
- Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
- Strong technical and analytical skills, good troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and customer support skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with IT asset management and record keeping
- Ability to manage multiple technical requests
