UnifiedTrust Network is seeking a hands-on IT Officer in Lagos to manage daily IT operations, provide staff technical support, and assist with system maintenance and security controls. The role targets an IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems and keeping systems running smoothly.
What you would do
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, system access, devices, and IT permissions.
- Support office network, internet connectivity, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Assist with system maintenance, updates, backups, and security controls.
- Support testing of UTN applications and technology products, including identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs.

- Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant IT experience in a similar role.
- Must reside in Lagos State, preferably on the Island.

- Experience troubleshooting Windows computers and common software issues.
- Basic understanding of network configuration, Wi-Fi, routers, printers, and internet connectivity.
