What you would do
- Install, configure and maintain peripherals such as printers, scanners and external drives
- Support maintenance of servers, routers, switches and network devices
- Maintain the Helpdesk system by creating, tracking and resolving tickets
- Manage user accounts including setup of new users, email configurations and access permissions
- Create tickets and work orders and manage the incident resolution process
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems and maintain IT asset inventory

- Minimum of a BSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience providing technical support in a Windows and Exchange environment
- Experience resolving malware, printing and email related issues
- Familiarity with diagnosing Internet connectivity issues across ISP, switch, server and desktop levels
- Detail oriented, proactive and willing to learn
- Strong communication, problem solving and documentation skills
