• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers and virtual machines to ensure availability and performance.
• Monitor server, VM, storage and system performance; proactively resolve issues.
• Provision, configure, patch, upgrade and maintain servers.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Ensure data availability through backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes.
• Implement security hardening and system updates in line with IT security requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Linux or equivalent IT certifications will be an advantage.
• 3-5 years' experience in system/server administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux and virtualisation/VM environments.
• Experience with and strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft technologies managing user accounts in Active Directory.
• Understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN).
