IT Analyst I, Supply Chain Systems

About this role

The role is for a Techno-Functional Analyst supporting and optimising Supply Chain Management systems, including Oracle Fusion SCM modules. It targets candidates with extensive experience in enterprise applications and ERP/SCM support who can collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to drive process improvements.

What you would do

• Analyse business requirements and design end-to-end solutions for SCM processes.
• Configure and optimise SCM modules such as procurement, inventory, costing and supplier management.
• Support system enhancements, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to resolve issues and manage improvements.
• Lead fit-gap analyses, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
• Translate operational needs into functional requirements and assist with integrations and data governance.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, SCM or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP/SCM, procurement, finance or operations.
• Experience with business analysis, solution design, testing, deployment and support.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle ERP implementation.
• Preferred: Master's degree or relevant certifications; Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience; data migration/integration knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
