IT Administrator
About this role
An IT Administrator is needed to handle the company’s day-to-day IT needs, provide hands-on support to staff and manage IT equipment and security. The role targets candidates with hands-on IT experience who can work independently and are available to start immediately. The position is based in Lekki, Lagos and offers full-time employment.
What you would do
- Set up and manage staff devices, email accounts, software and system access
- Support new staff with IT setup and access
- Manage computers, printers, routers, Wi-Fi, internet and other IT equipment
- Maintain and track IT equipment, licences and subscriptions
- Manage basic IT security, antivirus, user access and data backups
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
What they are asking for
- 3+ years of hands-on IT experience
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, Windows and Microsoft 365
- HND/BSc in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues
- Must reside on the Island or within reasonable commuting distance
- Available for immediate resumption
