Investor, Partnership and Sponsorship Manager

The Women Reform Organization is seeking a full-time Investor, Partnership and Sponsorship Manager in Lagos. The role focuses on connecting investors with opportunities within the organisation and its GEW ecosystem, managing partnerships, and securing sponsorships and funding. The organisation aims to empower African women through education, empowerment programmes and entrepreneurship platforms. The job involves collaborating with programme and communications teams to deliver partner benefits and managing the end-to-end partnership cycle.

What you would do

• Identify and connect investors with enterprise and investment opportunities within the WRO/GEW ecosystem.
• Maintain an active prospect pipeline and provide progress reports.
• Develop proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations and partnership pitches.
• Collaborate with programme and communications teams to deliver partner benefits.
• Build and manage relationships with investors, businesses, foundations and development institutions.
• Identify, approach and secure corporate sponsors, institutional partners and funding opportunities.
• Manage the partnership process from prospecting and negotiation to agreement, activation and renewal.

• Strong proposal writing, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Performance measured by partnerships secured, sponsorship income, investor engagement and partnership delivery.
• Practical understanding of corporate sponsorship and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Strong organisation, accountability and ability to work independently.
