SOW Real Estate Limited seeks a Luxury Real Estate Investment Adviser based in Abuja to source, advise and convert high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors into property owners. The role is for a go-getter who can thrive in a target-driven environment and join the elite sales team.

What you would do

• Source potential high-net-worth and corporate investor leads
• Proactively engage, nurture and convert leads into purchasing clients
• Present tailored, high-value portfolios and conduct site inspections for luxury real estate products
• Advise clients on market trends, capital appreciation, rental yields and wealth preservation through land and property acquisitions
• Diagnose client hesitations and manage deal structuring to final deposit and contract signing
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of verified experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end luxury product sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-ticket deals
• Reside in Abuja, Nigeria (candidates outside Abuja may not be considered)
• Extremely presentable, articulate, self-motivated with an assertive go-getter mindset
• Advanced negotiation, pipeline management and client relationship management skills with knowledge of the Abuja real estate market
