Inventory Support Officer – Spare Parts

What you would do
- Receive and verify incoming spare parts against delivery notes before logging into the inventory system.
- Store parts in labelled bins by type and model, ensuring suitable conditions for electronic components.
- Issue parts only when approved by a technician through a Job Card validated by the Repair Centre Manager; update stock levels immediately.
- Manage returns of unused or incorrect parts and adjust records accordingly.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records weekly.
- Raise replenishment when stock reaches reorder thresholds.
- Generate weekly consumption and stock reports for the Lead, Inventory Support.
- Maintain an issuance log linking each part to its Job Card and technician.
- Track part-failure data to inform procurement and OEM feedback.
- Keep storage area clean, labelled and compliant with segregation of duties.
