Inventory Support Officer - POS Terminals

What you would do

• Receive faulty or returned terminals and verify them against the recall waybill at serial level.
• Log all received devices in the IMS within 24 hours of arrival and identify damaged or missing-serial items
• Move faulty devices to technicians daily and update IMS status to In Repair
• Track terminals through Assessment, In Repair, Awaiting QA, QA Cleared, and Dispatch Holding
• Enforce SLA targets from receipt to assignment and from QA clearance to dispatch readiness
• Update IMS within 4 hours of QA approval to QA Cleared – Awaiting Dispatch
• Flag QA-failed devices back to repair or classify as Beyond Economic Repair with justification
• Tag and isolate BER devices in the scrap/disposal area
• Create Dispatch List and Waybill for QA-cleared devices and obtain approvals before release
• Scan devices at serial level during loading, update IMS to In Transit – Outbound, and confirm recipient receipt
