What you would do

• Log received devices in the IMS within 24 hours of arrival.
• Verify faulty terminals against the recall waybill at serial level and quarantine issues as needed.
• Monitor and manage the repair pipeline from assessment to QA clearance and dispatch readiness.
• Update IMS status for QA-cleared devices within 4 hours and handle BER or failed QA notes.
• Scan and dispatch devices with serial-level accuracy, generate Dispatch List/Waybill and obtain required approvals.
• Conduct daily physical counts and reconcile with IMS records; participate in broader stock counts as directed.
