Inventory Supervisor
About this role
The role is for an Inventory Supervisor based at the Lagos head office. What you would do
- Perform monthly GL account analysis and reconciliation.
- Prepare quarterly stock reconciliation reports with audit adjustments.
- Analyze monthly stock variance for all plants.
- Ensure monthly reconciliation of inventory balances and liaise with SAP Support to resolve discrepancies.
- Review inventory movement postings and coordinate corrective actions for incorrect parameters.
- Coordinate and participate in monthly stock taking across locations.
- Provide guidance on inventory management processes to end users.
- Work with SAP/Harmonie to understand Inventory Module processes for key users.
- Follow up on material variance feedback from regions/depots.
- Prepare quarterly PAC reporting and respond to stock-related requests from regions, depots, and plants.
