What you would do

• Coordinate NAFDAC product registration, renewals, permits and regulatory documentation
• Liaise with NAFDAC and authorities on compliance and product approvals
• Manage inventory including stock levels, batch numbers and expiry dates
• Coordinate procurement, supplier sourcing, quotations and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate regulatory, inventory and procurement records
• Monitor import documentation and coordinate product deliveries

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related field
• Hands-on NAFDAC experience
• Experience with medical devices, diagnostic products, laboratory reagents or pharmaceuticals is desirable
• Proven inventory management and procurement experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
