Inventory Officer (Intern)

What you would do

• Maintain records of all assets and operational items.
• Update Asset Infinity with asset movements, conditions and statuses.
• Ensure assets are documented and registered in the Odoo Accounting System.
• Record and update asset allocations to customers for operations support.
• Reconcile system records with physical stock to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct asset counts and report missing, damaged, or underutilised assets.

• BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
