Inventory Officer

About this role

Anambra-based role for an Inventory Officer who will monitor stock levels, keep accurate inventory records, and coordinate with procurement, warehouse and sales teams to ensure optimal stock and minimize losses. The position supports supply chain operations in a warehouse setting with some data entry and office tasks.

What you would do

• Track and monitor inventory levels and ensure stock record accuracy
• Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
• Maintain compliance with inventory control policies and food safety standards
• Support stock accuracy through audits and reconciliation
• Assist in data entry and related warehouse activities as required

• HND or Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
• Experience in stock tracking, inventory audits and reconciliation
• Knowledge of inventory management software and best practices
• Training or certification in inventory or warehouse management (e.g., CILT, APICS) is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a warehouse-based role with standing, lifting and occasional cold storage environments; shift work including weekends
