Inventory Analyst

An Inventory Analyst role based in Lagos to own the accuracy, visibility and efficiency of the company's inventory and turn stock data into actionable decisions that support production. What you would do

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock aligns with system records.
• Monitor stock levels, turnover and availability to identify replenishment needs.
• Investigate discrepancies between physical and recorded stock and resolve root causes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers and reports that provide a clear view of stock levels and performance.
• Analyse inventory movement to identify opportunities to reduce waste, excess stock and carrying costs.
• Coordinate regular stock counts and ensure findings are documented and followed through to resolution.

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, logistics, accounting, finance, data analysis or a closely related operational role.
