International Bid & Tender Officer (Remote)

About this role

International Bid & Tender Officer needed for contract work, initially in Jericho, Ibadan, then remote. The role targets candidates with bid management or procurement experience to handle international tenders and coordinate with suppliers.

What you would do

• Identify international tender opportunities on platforms such as SAM.gov, UNGM, UNDP, UNOPS and World Bank.
• Review opportunities, track requirements and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers in relevant countries.
• Request and compile technical and commercial quotations.
• Prepare bid compliance checklists and submission documents.
• Ensure bids meet RFP/ITB requirements and are submitted on time and keep records of opportunities and outcomes.

• 2-5 years of experience in bid/tender management, procurement, contracts, or related field.
• Experience with international or UN tenders and platforms (advantage).
• Strong research, writing, documentation and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Must be available to work in Jericho, Ibadan for the first month and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday to Friday thereafter; reliable internet and power for remote work.
