International Bid and Tender Officer (Remote)

About this role

International Bid and Tender Officer (remote after an initial in-person month) responsible for identifying international tender opportunities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing bid documents. Suitable for candidates with bid/tender management or related procurement experience and strong research and communication skills.

What you would do

• Maintain records of opportunities, submissions and outcomes.
• Prepare compliance checklists and bid submission documents.
• Research international tender opportunities on platforms like SAM.gov, UNGM, UNDP, UNOPS and World Bank.
• Ensure bids meet RFP/ITB requirements and are submitted on time.
• Review opportunities and track deadlines and submission requirements.
• Identify and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers in relevant countries and obtain quotations.

• 2-5 years of bid/tender management, procurement, contracts, business development, proposal coordination or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong research, writing, documentation and communication skills.
• Must be available in Jericho, Ibadan for the first month and remotely thereafter.
• Available 2:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
• Reliable internet and power supply for remote work.
