Internal Auditor

E-Terra Technologies Limited is seeking a full-time Internal Auditor in Lagos. The role involves providing independent assurance on internal controls, risk management, financial and operational procedures, and regulatory compliance. What you would do

• Plan and execute internal audits in line with approved procedures and standards.
• Review processes to identify weaknesses, control gaps and financial risks.
• Conduct special audits and investigations as requested by management.
• Prepare audit work papers and evidence to substantiate findings.
• Perform walkthroughs, interviews and testing of transactions.
• Develop a risk-based annual internal audit plan for approval.
• Conduct periodic audits of financial, operational, administrative and commercial activities.
• Review accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payments and supporting documentation.
• Assess compliance with budgets, authorities and financial policies.
• Identify and report potential irregularities and provide practical recommendations.
