Internal Audit Supervisor
About this role
The role is for an Internal Audit Supervisor who acts as deputy to the Head of Internal Control & Risk, overseeing the annual audit plan and providing assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls. What you would do
- Lead and deliver risk-based internal audits across business and support functions.
- Support the development and execution of the annual internal audit plan.
- Supervise audit teams and review audit workpapers to ensure standards compliance.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes and risk management.
- Prepare high-quality audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor remediation of audit findings and provide status updates to senior management and committees.
- Identify emerging risks and control gaps and recommend mitigations.
- Act on behalf of the Head, Internal Control & Risk on internal audit matters and stakeholder engagement.

- Bachelor's degree
- Professional certification (CIA, ACA/ACCA, CPA, CISA or equivalent) is an added advantage
- 3 to 10 years' experience in internal audit
- Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing, internal controls, governance and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of internal control design
- Ability to interpret and implement an internal control framework
- Report writing, stakeholder management and analytical skills
