What you would do

• Prepare clear audit reports with findings, risks, recommendations and corrective actions
• Participate in stock taking and maintain accurate stock records
• Assess compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls
• Investigate adverse balances and report to supervisor
• Perform other audit duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Conduct routine audits of invoices, quotations, sales and other financial records
• Reconcile sales invoices and stock balances with inventory records and identify discrepancies
• Identify potential fraud, errors and control weaknesses and report findings
• Review invoices for correct posting of payments
• Monitor inventory processes including stock receipts, transfers, sales and returns
