Internal Audit Officer

An Internal Audit Officer is sought to support monitoring of financial transactions, revenue reconciliation and internal control processes at Ziba Beach Resort in Lagos. What you would do

• Review and reconcile daily revenue from rooms, food and beverage, spa, activities and other outlets.
• Verify cash, POS, bank transfers and other payment transactions against sales records and system reports.
• Conduct daily audits of financial transactions, guest bills, invoices and receipts to spot errors and discrepancies.
• Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal control standards across departments.
• Identify discrepancies and potential revenue leakages and report findings to the Internal Auditor.
• Assist in ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records and processes.
