What you would do
- Conduct scheduled and random stock counts and investigate variances
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards such as NAFDAC and PCN
- Enforce cash evacuation policies and review incidents via CCTV
- Track inventory movement, stock adjustments, and expiry, applying FEFO principles
- Audit controlled drug dispensing and maintain records and reports
- Recommend and implement measures to reduce losses and strengthen controls

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in POS and inventory management software
- Knowledge of inventory management, FEFO principles, and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, investigative, reporting, and communication skills with high integrity and attention to detail
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in internal audit, loss prevention, inventory control or compliance in healthcare, retail pharmacy or supermarket operations
