About this role
A Customer Success Intern at NielsenIQ in Lagos supports client reporting, data analysis and service delivery while learning about the FMCG industry and NIQ’s offerings. What you would do
- Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations and insights
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve routine data or reporting issues
- Help monitor client requests to ensure service levels are met
- Analyze market, consumer and retail data to identify trends and insights
- Maintain reporting templates, dashboards and other client deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams and support knowledge-sharing initiatives

- Bachelor's degree completed within the last 1–2 years in a related field (e.g., Economics, CS/Engineering, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences)

- Basic understanding of data analysis, interpretation and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytical tools (an asset)
- Strong communication, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
