What you would do

- Assist with sourcing materials, obtaining quotations and coordinating procurement.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks to meet timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with designs.
- Assist in tracking budgets, expenses, materials and resource usage.
- Maintain regular client communication and provide updates as directed.
- Identify delays or challenges and escalate promptly.
- Assist with quality checks, snagging and final handover.
