About this role

Instrumentation Services (Installation, Repair & Maintenance) II based in Lagos. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and calibrating instrumentation and control equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on field instruments, and supporting commissioning and control-system activities.

What you would do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate instrumentation and control equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field instruments and control systems.
• Install and terminate instrument cables, junction boxes, tubing and related equipment.
• Inspect and test pressure, temperature, flow, level and analytical instruments.
• Read and interpret instrumentation drawings, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, P&IDs and equipment manuals.
• Carry out instrument loop checks and commissioning activities.

What they are asking for

• OND, HND, technical certificate, or equivalent in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in instrumentation installation, repair, maintenance, calibration, or commissioning.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, or industrial process facilities is advantageous.
• Knowledge of field instrumentation, control valves, PLC/DCS/ESD systems, and instrument calibration.
• Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams and instrument drawings.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements, PTW and LOTO procedures; ability to work effectively in plant, offshore, construction, shutdown or maintenance environments.
