Instrument and Electrical Technician III

About this role

This is an Instrument and Electrical Technician III role with responsibility for planning, overseeing and supporting electrical and control activities. It targets candidates with an associate degree or equivalent technical qualification who have experience with electrical, instrumentation and control systems in processing plants or offshore facilities and knowledge of Oil & Gas regulations and safety procedures.

What you would do

• Plan and oversee electrical and control activities in line with applicable standards, procedures and HSE requirements.
• Provide technical support for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Review electrical and control specifications, work practices and maintenance activities.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of scheduled maintenance work.
• Guide technicians on current codes, standards and procedures.
• Raise and manage Management of Change (MOC) requests for electrical and control systems.
