Information Technology Sales Associate
About this role
A full‑time Information Technology Sales Associate role based in Surulere, Lagos. The position targets individuals who can sell IT products and services, handle both inbound and outbound engagements, and build long-term client relationships.
What you would do
- Initiate cold calls to generate sales opportunities
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and up-sell or cross-sell
- Engage in outbound and inbound customer engagements
- Prepare proposals, bids and quotes
- Manage company social media accounts and website
- Follow up with support teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback
