Information Technology Officer
About this role
Trinity Financial Services Limited in Lagos is seeking a competent and proactive Information Technology Officer to maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, provide technical support to staff, ensure system security, and support the smooth operation of IT systems. The role is intended for a candidate with 2-4 years of relevant IT experience.
What you would do
- Install IT equipment.
- Configure software and printers.
- Maintain IT systems and networks.
- Monitor IT security and protect systems from unauthorised access.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and passwords.
- Perform backups and assist with data recovery.

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and basic server administration.
- Knowledge of routers, switches and Wi-Fi configuration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection practices and knowledge of IT support/helpdesk systems.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA or equivalent are advantageous.
