Information Technology Lead
About this role
Felton Energy Services Ltd is seeking an Information Technology Lead in Rivers, Nigeria. The role requires a senior IT professional to design, implement and maintain IT systems and services and to lead enterprise IT projects from planning through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
What you would do
- Provide senior IT leadership across infrastructure, applications and enterprise systems.
- Lead design, deployment and maintenance of servers, networks, databases and cloud environments.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures and ensure policy and standard compliance.
- Manage IT support operations to ensure timely incident and service request resolution.
- Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organisational goals; supervise upgrades and migrations.
- Lead vendor management, procurement and evaluation of IT tools and solutions.

- 3–5 years of experience in a senior IT role.
- Degree, HND or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and systems.
- Proven expertise with servers, networks, databases and cloud technologies.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance and IT governance.
- Demonstrable experience in system integration, upgrades and digital transformation projects.
