Industrial Performance Manager
About this role
The Industrial Performance Manager role oversees performance improvement for HBM Nigeria’s plants, coordinating performance analysis, target setting and action plan implementation across Nigerian facilities. It targets candidates with extensive manufacturing operations experience and a track record of leading cross-functional teams in plant environments.
What you would do
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership for the Industrial department across Nigerian plants
- Set goals, budgets and oversee execution of business processes within the Industrial function
- Develop and implement plant performance improvement plans and monitor progress
- Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, set targets and deploy global initiatives locally
- Support and challenge plants in action plan execution and investment budgeting
- Roll out and train teams on global tools and processes, and ensure compliance with safety and group policies

- Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing operations
- At least 5 years in line management roles, preferably in Production/Process
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects
