Industrial Performance Manager

Industrial Performance Manager to oversee performance improvement across Lafarge Africa Plc plants, supporting plant managers with industrial framework deployment and target monitoring. What you would do
- Define and implement plant performance improvement plans (PDP/MTP) with plant managers
- Monitor and challenge plant performance against targets and rolling forecasts
- Support budgeting, action planning and execution to meet targets and ensure resource adequacy
- Roll out and train on global initiatives, tools and processes at local plants
- Lead and coordinate executive S&OP for the Industrial function
- Foster a high-performing, safety-conscious team and ensure compliance with health, safety and security policies
