Indoor Sales Representative

Indoor Sales Representative role for a female candidate based in Abuja, within Wuse 2 area, working full time in the showroom to handle walk-in clients and sales activities for C-Ceramica products. The position targets graduates aged 25–35 with NYSC and 1–2 years of relevant experience, who can work Saturdays and are seeking a long-term career in bathroom solutions.
What you would do
- Greet walk-in clients and respond to inquiries in the showroom.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct showroom tours while negotiating with customers.
- Create and send client quotations; input client data and generate invoices after payments.
- Manage high volumes of calls, chats, and emails; assist with orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Record customer sales information on approved online forms for record keeping.
- Support other departments and work as a team player.
