What you would do

• Conduct pre-delivery customer verifications.
• Oversee secure handover of packages to customers.
• Collect COD payments and arrange timely remittance.
• Coordinate with operations to update delivery status and resolve issues.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and provide updates.
